Which HR systems are supported?

We support Nmbrs, AFAS, Loket.nl, Personio and Visma Raet.

How does flower payment work?

You choose a standard bouquet per event type. Costs are settled via your credit balance or direct debit.

Can I customize the card text?

Yes, you can set a custom text per event type with variables like the employee's name.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. We comply with GDPR and have processing agreements with all our suppliers. We protect your data with AES-256 encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA) and Row Level Security at the database level.

How does the approval process work?

You choose between fully automatic or monthly approval. With approval, you receive an overview 14 days before the new month. You have 7 days to approve, after which Hoeray has 7 days to arrange everything.

How do I connect Nmbrs?

In Nmbrs, go to Administration > API Tokens and create an API user with an email address and token. Only users with the Administrator role in Nmbrs have access to these settings. Then in Hoeray, go to Settings → HR Connection, select Nmbrs and enter your API email, token and optionally your domain. After testing the connection, select your company and employees will be synchronized automatically.

How do I connect AFAS?

In AFAS, go to InSite > Administration > Connectors and create a new App Connector. Copy the generated token. Only users with InSite administrator rights in AFAS can create connectors. Then in Hoeray, go to Settings → HR Connection, select AFAS and enter your Environment ID and App Connector Token. After testing, employees will be synchronized immediately.

How do I connect Loket.nl?

In Loket.nl, go to Settings > API Connections and request a Client ID and Client Secret. Only users with the Account Holder or Administrator role in Loket.nl can manage API credentials. Then in Hoeray, go to Settings → HR Connection, select Loket.nl and enter your Client ID and Client Secret. After testing, employees will be synchronized immediately.

What employee data does Hoeray retrieve from my HR system?

Hoeray only retrieves the data needed to send cards and flowers: first name, last name, email address, date of birth, address details (street, house number, postal code, city), employment start date, employment end date, department and job title. The job title is used to automatically detect promotions. No financial data is retrieved — no salary information, bank accounts, social security numbers or other sensitive information.

Do I need IT knowledge to use Hoeray?

No, no IT knowledge is required. You can connect your HR system yourself in a few clicks from your Hoeray dashboard. Configuring events, card texts and bouquets is also fully self-service. The entire setup takes less than 5 minutes.
