One subscription that grows with your organisation: you pay a monthly amount per active employee that decreases per bracket as your organisation grows, with a fixed monthly minimum — so per employee it only gets cheaper, without price cliffs. A yearly subscription costs 10× the monthly price (2 months free). The active employee count comes from your HR connection on the 1st of the month; on a yearly plan the count is locked until renewal and growth up to 15% above your starting count celebrates along for free (beyond that, Hoeray may adjust mid-term, see art. 7.9 of the terms). Above 1,000 employees you can also subscribe directly online; if you prefer custom terms (your own contract or SLA), we'll prepare a proposal. If the balance is short, you pay the difference right there by iDEAL, card or SEPA Direct Debit. Your subscription is billed separately.

Absolutely! Start your free month and try everything — you only pay for the cards and flowers you send, no subscription fees. The trial month stops automatically; you're not tied to anything.
You choose between fully automatic or monthly approval. With approval, you receive an overview 14 days before the new month. You have 7 days to approve, after which Hoeray has 7 days to arrange everything.
In Nmbrs, go to Administration > API Tokens and create an API user with an email address and token. Only users with the Administrator role in Nmbrs have access to these settings. Then in Hoeray, go to Settings → HR Connection, select Nmbrs and enter your API email, token and optionally your domain. After testing the connection, select your company and employees will be synchronized automatically.
The AFAS integration is built and waiting for its first customers. Leave your email address at AFAS on the homepage and you'll be the first to know. Our guide walks you through it step by step (a one-time job of about 15–20 minutes — after that everything runs by itself): a GetConnector named Hoeray_Medewerkers (via General / Output / Management / GetConnector) and an App connector with OAuth authentication and the Client credentials flow (via General / Management / App connector). If you have admin rights in Profit you can do this yourself; otherwise simply forward the guide to your AFAS administrator. An AFAS consultant is never required, and Hoeray only reads — nothing in AFAS is changed.
In Hoeray, go to Settings → HR Connection and select Loket.nl. You will be redirected to the Loket.nl login screen to grant Hoeray access once. Log in with a Loket user that has the 'View employments' permission — such a user is usually created by your accountant or user administrator. After granting access, your employees are synchronized immediately.
Hoeray only retrieves the data needed to send cards and flowers: first name, last name, email address, date of birth, address details (street, house number, postal code, city), employment start date, employment end date, department and job title. The job title is used to automatically detect promotions. No financial data is retrieved — no salary information, bank accounts, social security numbers or other sensitive information.
Delivery takes place to addresses in the Netherlands, using the employee's home address from your HR system.
Hoeray retrieves the job title of each employee from your HR system. When a job title changes — for example from 'Developer' to 'Senior Developer' — Hoeray automatically detects this as a promotion. You can then have a card or flowers sent, just like with other events.
It remains 100% the property of your organization. Hoeray only processes it to send the cards and flowers you set up — we never sell or share it and never use it for our own purposes. Cancelling? You delete your account and all data yourself, effective immediately. This is set out in writing in our data processing agreement.
Entirely within the EU. All data is stored and processed in Frankfurt, Germany — both the database and the servers processing the data run there. No employee data leaves the European Union.
No, no IT knowledge is required. You can connect your HR system yourself in a few clicks from your Hoeray dashboard. Configuring events, card texts and bouquets is also fully self-service. The entire setup takes less than 5 minutes.
Yes. Our security page contains everything you need for a supplier assessment: our position under the Act (including the completed RDI self-assessment), our security measures, the incident and data-breach process, and all legal documents.
