We support Nmbrs, Loket.nl, Exact Online Salaris and Visma Raet (Youforce). No integration? Import your employees via Excel or CSV, which makes Hoeray work with any HR system. The AFAS integration is built and goes live as soon as the first AFAS customers come forward; leave your email address at AFAS on the homepage.
Three plans, all per employee per month and excluding VAT. Gezien: €0.49, birthdays only, with a birthday card for every employee included (1 card per employee per year). Gevierd: €0.89, every employee moment (birthday, work anniversary, welcome, promotion, farewell, get-well), with 2 cards per employee per year included: the birthday card and a second card for a moment of your choice. Verwend: €0.99, everything in Gevierd plus holidays and seasonal moments (such as Christmas, Sinterklaas, Easter and the start of the summer holidays), also with 2 cards per employee per year; that plan will be available soon. We bill a minimum of 20 employees. From the 1,001st employee a volume discount applies: €0.44 (Gezien), €0.79 (Gevierd) or €0.89 (Verwend) per employee per month, and from the 5,001st €0.39, €0.69 or €0.79; each employee is charged in their own tranche. A yearly subscription costs 10 times the monthly price (2 months free), paid upfront. Your card allowance is set at the start of each subscription year at your number of employees; extra cards cost €3.72 each (€4.50 incl. VAT). Flowers and brownies are paid per item, settled when you approve (from your credit or directly by iDEAL or card). Every plan includes unlimited dashboard users at no extra cost. If you prefer custom terms (your own contract or SLA), we'll prepare an Enterprise proposal.

You settle that amount right there: from your credit balance if you have topped it up, or directly by iDEAL, card or SEPA Direct Debit. Your subscription is billed separately. Flower and brownie prices on the pricing page and in your settings are all-in: flowers include delivery and the greeting card, brownies include shipping. The card that always goes with brownies comes from your card allowance or costs the single-card price. The invoice itemises them. Every plan comes with a card allowance: with Gezien a birthday card for every employee (1 card per employee per year), with Gevierd and Verwend a second card per employee on top for a moment of your choice, such as a work anniversary, a welcome or a get-well card. That allowance is set on the first day of your subscription year at the number of employees charged at that point (minimum 20) and does not change after that, not with growth and not with shrinkage. Cards within the allowance appear as €0 on the invoice; every card beyond it costs €3.72 (€4.50 incl. VAT). Flowers, brownies and extra cards are always charged per item, at the moment you approve. During the free trial month you don't have a subscription yet, so everything is charged per item, birthday cards included.

Absolutely! Start your free month and try everything. You only pay for the cards, flowers and brownies you send, no subscription fees. The trial month stops automatically; you're not tied to anything.
You choose between fully automatic or monthly approval. With approval, you receive an overview 14 days before the new month. You have 7 days to approve, after which Hoeray has 7 days to arrange everything.
In Nmbrs, go to Administration > API Tokens and create an API user with an email address and token. Only users with the Administrator role in Nmbrs have access to these settings. Then in Hoeray, go to Settings → HR Connection, select Nmbrs and enter your API email, token and optionally your domain. After testing the connection, select your company and employees will be synchronized automatically.
The AFAS integration is built and waiting for its first customers. Leave your email address at AFAS on the homepage and you'll be the first to know. Our guide walks you through it step by step (a one-time job of about 15 to 20 minutes; after that everything runs by itself): a GetConnector named Hoeray_Medewerkers (via General / Output / Management / GetConnector) and an App connector with OAuth authentication and the Client credentials flow (via General / Management / App connector). If you have admin rights in Profit you can do this yourself; otherwise simply forward the guide to your AFAS administrator. An AFAS consultant is never required, and Hoeray only reads: nothing in AFAS is changed.
In Hoeray, go to Settings → HR Connection and select Loket.nl. You will be redirected to the Loket.nl login screen to grant Hoeray access once. Log in with a Loket user that has the 'View employments' permission. Such a user is usually created by your accountant or user administrator. After granting access, your employees are synchronized immediately.
Hoeray only retrieves the data needed to send cards, flowers and brownies: first name, last name, email address, date of birth, address details (street, house number, postal code, city), employment start date, employment end date, department and job title. The job title is used to automatically detect promotions. No financial data is retrieved: no salary information, bank accounts, social security numbers or other sensitive information.
Delivery takes place to addresses in the Netherlands, using the employee's home address from your HR system. Brownies always go out together with a card: the bakery ships the box without a sender, your card makes clear who the gesture is from.
Hoeray retrieves the job title of each employee from your HR system. When a job title changes (for example from 'Developer' to 'Senior Developer'), Hoeray automatically detects this as a promotion. You can then have a card or flowers sent, just like with other events.
It remains 100% the property of your organization. Hoeray only processes it to send the cards, flowers and brownies you set up. We never sell or share it and never use it for our own purposes. Cancelling? You delete your account and all data yourself, effective immediately. This is set out in writing in our data processing agreement.
Entirely within the EU. All data is stored and processed in Frankfurt, Germany. Both the database and the servers processing the data run there. No employee data leaves the European Union.
No, no IT knowledge is required. You can connect your HR system yourself in a few clicks from your Hoeray dashboard. Configuring events, card texts and bouquets is also fully self-service. The entire setup takes less than 5 minutes.
Yes. Our security page contains everything you need for a supplier assessment: our position under the Act (including the completed RDI self-assessment), our security measures, the incident and data-breach process, and all legal documents.
