Why I built Hoeray
For almost ten years, my own company, with around 100 people on the payroll, has sent a card on every birthday and flowers in the first week of employment. Our people are our capital. I value them enormously and I like to show it.
So we always do it. Except when it slips through the cracks of a busy day, and honestly that happened far too often. Ordering all those cards and flowers is quite a job.
Out of that frustration, and the wish to do it better, I built Hoeray. For us it works. The basics are covered: no birthday or anniversary is forgotten anymore, and nobody has to think about it. Appreciation is of course more than a card or a bunch of flowers. But precisely because this part takes care of itself, we have time and attention left for what really matters. By now I know that many companies struggle with exactly the same thing, and that Hoeray is a very good solution for them too. I sincerely hope it works as well for you as it does for us.
